Al Mohannad started his career in 1994 as a sales consultant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Excelling in this field, his role rapidly evolved to span eight sales offices. This saw him become a Training Manager for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region at large. Shortly after arriving in Dubai in 1996, Al Mohannad realised the tremendous potential Dubai and the UAE has for Timeshare. After being honoured with the Interval International’s Winners Circle Award for Outstanding Sales Performance, he founded Arabian Falcon Holidays as principal shareholder and Managing Director. The company’s portfolio soon turned into a gleaming selection of coveted properties in the UAE and region. Al Mohannad aims to make Dubai the next “Orlando” by making the Shared Ownership industry a main player in the timeless city of Dubai.
